Booking and payment

Appointments with Eroline Holistic take place at Neal’s Yard Remedies Therapy Rooms in St Albans.

The full treatment price is payable when your appointment is booked. A separate deposit is not required.

Bookings and payments are handled through the Neal’s Yard Remedies booking and payment process and are not taken directly by Eroline. This website does not process payments or manage bookings directly. Eroline does not control Neal’s Yard Remedies’ own booking-system terms.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, the prepaid amount is refunded.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be liable for the full treatment price.

If you need to change your appointment, please do so as early as possible through the relevant Neal’s Yard booking route.

Missed appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled in advance, this will be treated as a no-show.

As the full treatment price is paid when booking, no refund is available for a missed appointment.

Arriving for your appointment

Please try to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.

This helps your appointment begin calmly and allows time for any necessary consultation before your treatment.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, Eroline will make every reasonable effort to provide your treatment within the time remaining.

Your treatment may therefore need to be shortened.

The full original treatment price remains payable, even when the treatment time is reduced because of a late arrival.

Extending the appointment beyond its scheduled finishing time cannot be guaranteed.

Consultation and health information

Before treatment, you will be asked to complete a consultation form.

The consultation helps Eroline understand information relevant to your treatment and assess whether the treatment is appropriate for you.

You may be asked about matters including:

• medical conditions and relevant medical history;
• allergies and sensitivities;
• current or recent medication;
• pregnancy;
• previous operations, illnesses or injuries; and
• other health information that may affect your treatment.

Please provide accurate and complete information and tell Eroline about any relevant changes to your health before future treatments.

Information provided on your consultation form is handled in accordance with the Eroline Holistic Privacy Policy.

Treatment suitability

Your wellbeing and the suitability of the treatment will be considered before treatment begins.

In some circumstances, including illness, Eroline may need to postpone or decline a treatment.

If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please contact Eroline before booking or attending your appointment.

Clients under 18

Clients aged 16–17 sign their own consultation form. For clients under 16, an appropriate adult signs on their behalf.

A parent does not need to attend solely because the client is under 18 if the young person is able to sign their own consent form.

If you are arranging treatment for someone under 18, please contact Eroline if you would like to discuss the appointment beforehand.

Treatment time

Treatment durations shown on the website or booking service refer to the scheduled appointment/treatment duration.

Late arrival may reduce the amount of treatment time available, as explained above.
