Using this website

Eroline Holistic aims to make this website clear and usable for as many people as possible. You can use the main navigation, mobile menu, links and FAQ disclosures with a keyboard. A skip link lets you move past the header to the main content, and a visible focus indicator shows where you are on the page.

The pages use headings and landmarks to organise information. Images have alternative text where they convey information; decorative images do not add unnecessary spoken descriptions. Telephone and email links provide direct ways to contact Eroline.

Reading and movement

The layout adapts to smaller screens and enlarged text. You can use your browser’s zoom controls to increase the size of the page.

The homepage testimonials have pagination and a play/pause control. Automatic changes pause while the testimonial area is hovered or contains keyboard focus. The slider does not move keyboard focus when the testimonial changes. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Checks and limitations

The main pages have been checked for heading structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, image descriptions, link meaning and contrast against the site’s design system. Responsive checks covered widths of 1440, 1280, 1024, 768, 390 and 320 pixels. The policy pages have also been checked for keyboard access and text reflow.

These checks are not a formal accessibility certification or a claim of full WCAG compliance. They do not cover every browser, assistive technology or individual access need.

Booking opens the Neal’s Yard Remedies Therapy Finder in a new tab. This external service is managed separately, and its accessibility is outside Eroline’s control. The Treatment & Cancellation Policy is available from the FAQs and footer.

This statement was prepared on 18 September 2026 following a review of the current website. It will be reviewed when the website changes or an accessibility problem is identified.
