How to arrange an appointment and what to do if you are unsure where to begin.

How do I book a treatment?
Appointments are booked through the Neal’s Yard Remedies booking process. If you are unsure which treatment to choose, you can contact Eroline directly before booking.

How do I pay for my treatment?
The full treatment price is paid when your appointment is booked, so a separate deposit is not required. Payment is handled through the Neal’s Yard Remedies booking and payment process rather than directly by Eroline.

What if I am not sure which treatment to book?
If you are unsure which treatment is right for you, contact Eroline before booking. She can talk through the options with you and help you choose a treatment that suits your needs.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, the prepaid amount is refunded. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be liable for the full treatment price.

What happens if I miss my appointment?
If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled in advance, this is treated as a no-show. As the full treatment price is paid when booking, no refund is available for a missed appointment.

Eroline offers a range of holistic treatments including massage, reflexology, facial and face and head treatments, with a selection of longer and more personalised treatment experiences.

When is Eroline available?
Eroline currently offers appointments on Thursdays from 10:30am–3pm, Fridays from 10am–3pm and Saturdays from 10am–5pm.

Please try to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.

What should I do when I arrive?
Enter Neal's Yard Remedies and report to reception. Eroline will welcome you and take time to understand your needs before your treatment begins.
